I am happy because . . .
- I made a cute pillowcase today. It was very, very frustrating to make. I know they are supposed to be simple, but for me it was anything but! But the end product is cute, so I’m happy.
- I survived day one of my daughter’s month long grounding. I wasn’t sure how I was going to get through the day, at first, but it’s almost bedtime, and we managed.
- I have decided that taking my current job was the right step, even if it wasn’t the right job. I did need to leave my old place of employment, and the only way I was going to do that was if I had another job. So this was my babystep in the right direction. Now I am even more motivated to find new employment!!!
